A nationwide network of nearly 100 chapters is the lifeblood of FPA. Each chapter promotes the advancement of knowledge in financial planning; supporting programs and projects that help Americans learn the benefits of financial planning.

FPA Chapters are able to help state planning teams identify and secure financial planning experts from FPA that can assist in providing objective, unbiased financial education and advice through educational seminars and/or one-on-one financial planning counseling sessions. They may also be able to assist in coordination of events.
